1. Plan powertrain development projects for local engine components, systems and modules(timeline and cost)
2. Organize kickoff meeting before each project.
3. Coordinate and ensure project milestones regards timing, quality and durability of local content powertrain.
4. Accumulation and processing of an open-points list.
5. Data accumulation of failure information and analyses.
6. Coordinate according to a defined process.
7. Meeting coordination and joining, local committees for powertrain projects, represent customer to exchange with joint Venture partner.
8. Documentation management and regular reporting.
9. Leading and guiding relevant meetings, internal status presentation.
10. Organize a lessons learned and apply and integrate lessons learned to following projects.

任职要求：
1. Bachelor/Master Degree in Major Business Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering or equivalent
2. With a minimum of 3 years working experiences with required knowledge
3. Good technical knowledge of engines & vehicles
4. Project management understanding
5. Technical expert of the respective field
6. Strong verbal and written communication skills
7. Team player skills - Willingness to learn
8. Detail orientation - Power of endurance
9. Cooperation skills and assertion skills
10. Abstraction skills
11. Work experience in the organization and coordination, as well as in vehicle/component management preferred
12. Fundamental knowledge in engines, vehicles and product development process (PEP)
13. Language skills in English are business fluent and German is a must.
