Job Description

Job Duties:

  • Responsible for managing, performing the assigned project coordination work and delivering project services
  • Coordinate and liaise with internal and external parties for completing the project work
  • Update stakeholders on the progress of the project plan
  • Communicate with respective parties on project enquires
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor

 

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or above with 5 years working experience
  • Proactive, ability to self-manage projects and high level of organization
  • Proficient in MS Office Package
  • Good interpersonal skill and event management skill
  • ​Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
  • Detail-oriented with positive working attitude
  • Contract Period: October 2019 to November 2019
