Responsibilities

Ÿ   Attend project coordination meeting with Consultants, Client and Main Contractor

Ÿ   To coordinate the shop drawings with design team

Ÿ   To monitor the design and installation tally with the contract specifications

Ÿ   Liaise with the Factory / Suppliers and ensure their schedule and delivery of goods are of good quality and on time

Requirements:-

Ÿ   Certificate or above in Building / Construction Studies or equivalent / Mech. Engineering

Ÿ   3-5 years’ experience in managing construction projects

Ÿ   Knowledge in Façade / Curtain Wall

Ÿ   Strong sense of responsibility, independent, willing to travel and work overtime when needed

Ÿ   Good computer skills in AutoCAD, MS Office, Project

Ÿ   Good command of written and spoken in English and Chinese

Ÿ   Immediate available is preferred

Ÿ   Candidates with less experience will be considered as Trainee or Supervisor
