The Project Coordinator manages a portfolio of smaller simple projects and standard training engagements. Overall project coordinator duties include project creation, resource management, communication, project monitoring, time and expense approvals, and invoice requests. The Project Coordinator interacts with external users and internal Bentley groups which include professional services, training and sales.
Responsibilities:

Manages assigned projects start to finish using Bentley’s project management tools and
processes — SAP, project revenue forecasting, BSM (Bentleys internal project management
methodology), and other Professional Services Automation tools such as Microsoft Project.

Acquires and manages resources for delivering the project, working with resource managers
to ensure timely delivery of the project

Manages user relationship

Coordinates with members of the Project Support Office (back office) for support (such as
manual ordering, invoice creation, project creation)

Manages financial aspects of projects, including invoice requests, revenue forecasting, and
accruals/deferrals.

Works with internal and external stakeholders

Minimal travel required

Writes short scopes of work, i.e. letter quotes
