Job Description
The Project Coordinator represents a line management position.He or she is in charge of the overall management of all design projects in the office. The main responsibility of this job is to ensure a smooth, successful and timely execution of the projects by management and allocation of departments, resources, team and consultants, as well as ensuring the efficient communication between all involved parties. The Project Coordinator does support the team leaders and heads of the departments to successfully complete projects based on the needs and requirements of our clients. Daily tasks include time scheduling, project updates, meeting schedules, team arrangements, deliverables and deadlines, resources allocation, coordination and communication between departments, teams and clients. The Project Coordinator reports to the leaders of the Creative Director, the Chief Technical Officer and the Office Manager.
Responsibilities
_ Management of all projects: teams, resources, schedules, and deliverables
_ Communication: guide, support and follow up communication with and between Project Managers, heads of departments, consultants, clients
_ scheduling of projects, teams, meetings, deliverables
_ Definition and implementation of standards, deliverables, quality control
_ Update and report projects information and status on a daily basis
_ Supervise and file communications with clients, authorities and consultants
_ Update and complete project documentations
_ Ensure deliverables meet expectations of clients, governmental requirements and office standards
_ Supervise the team arrangements and ensure efficient allocation of resources including 3D team, external consultants
_ Set up project time schedules, monitor project progress and provide solutions for problems
_ Provide support to other departments if related to project management
_ Control project budgets based on the internal FTE calculation
Experience / skills required
_ Language skills: fluent in Chinese and English, spoken and written
_ Minimum of 5 years of working experience in China
_ Minimum of 3 years of working experience in related industry (design, engineering, construction)
_ Bachelor or Master Degree in architecture, design, engineering or related fields
or
_ Bachelor or Master Degree in management, administration or related fields
_ Experience in project management, team management, or resource management
_ Be very familiar with Excel, Word, basic knowledge in CAD and project management software
_ Excellent communication skills with both local and international team members
_ Independent minded and reliable personality

_制定项目进度表、监督项目进度,并为出现的问题提供解决方案
_为其他于项目管理有关的部门提供支持
经验/技能:
_语言技能:流利的中英文口头和书面表达能力
_至少5年的中国工作经验
_至少3年相关领域(设计,工程,施工)的工作经验
_建筑、设计、工程或相关领域本科或研究生文凭
_管理、行政或相关领域本科或研究生文凭亦可
_具有项目管理,团队管理或资源管理的经验
_熟练使用Excel, Word,了解CAD及项目管理软件
_具备同中方和外籍团队成员出色的沟通技巧
_思想独立,个性稳重可靠
