Role/Responsibilities:

• As part of a global team, support ProjectWise Success Managers in the successful implementation/transition of User ProjectWise Systems to a cloud-hosted environment including:
  • Simultaneously, coordinate and execute assigned migration tasks including project preparation, project documentation, help tickets, internal communications and project close to support multiple ProjectWise On-Premise to Cloud migration projects
  • Perform specific new user implementation tasks related to supporting Professional Services with the deployment of ProjectWise in a cloud-hosted environment for multiple new ProjectWise projects
• Assist in setting up and maintaining Microsoft Teams channels for Go-Live Migrations.
• Support ProjectWise Success Managers in any other non-user-facing project tasks.
• Actively participate in monitoring and processing service requests within the ProjectWise Cloud Operations queue.
• Assist in maintaining SharePoint sites, OneNote sites and other document storage areas.
• Support the ProjectWise P1 process by updating the sharepoint site and processing Service Credits.
• Consistently provide feedback and suggestions towards creating and/or improving Cloud Operations processes and procedures.
• Performing other related tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Must possess advanced organizational and communication skills in order to coordinate and manage multiple project tasks within a fast-paced, growing cloud operations department.
• Self-starter, resourceful and able to work independently.
• Able to adapt to fast-changing processes, procedures, and product road-maps.
• Experience working as part of global team.
• Flexibility for off-hours conference calls and go-live migrations expected.
• Project Management Experience (1+ years) preferred.
• Familiarity of ProjectWise architecture and applications, a plus.
• Knowledge of ITIL Practices, a plus.
