Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To be responsible for planning, scheduling and handling the design and implementation work of new shops and counters
- Coordinate with the landlord, contractors & vendors for the renovation work
- To handle full set of construction drawings with practical detailing experience
- To source and monitor contractors with best results in quality, durability, time frame and cost
- To supervise the construction process with various parties throughout a project ensuring smooth implementation
Requirements:
- Diploma holder in Architecture, Interior Design or related discipline
- At least 2 years in project coordination or related experience
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator is a must
- Proficient in using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Self motivated, well organized, good interpersonal & communication skills
- Good command of written & spoken English & Chinese
- Willing and able to travel
- Site experience preferred
- Immediate available preferred
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for Project Assistant
