Undertake specific project related work across a diverse range of pre-opening operational and non-operational functions

Provide administrative and clerical support to the Project Managers, Director and Executive Director including report and presentation preparation

Establish & maintain a comprehensive filing system (hard and / or soft copies) for the team to ensure records of various projects are kept in an organized, logical and easily accessible format

Data entry for various project databases

Have a clear and detailed knowledge of the layout / floor plans of the entire property including guest and TM circulation

Assist with updating critical path and other project and scheduling documentation

Translate documents as required

Works with supervisor to effectively resolve inventory or order discrepancies that are outside of his or her control

Carry out other project related tasks as and when required

Bachelor Degree in Business / Finance Hospitality / Hotel

Government safety course - occupational safety card for construction industry

1 – 2 years’ working of experience

Strong attention to detail and good administrative skill

Good verbal and written communication skills

Be able to multi task and work with multiple departments

Ability to work within a team environment

Have a well-groomed, professional appearance

Fluent in English, Basic in Cantonese and Mandarin

Microsoft word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook – Competent

Microsoft Project Software – Preferred

Mainly office based, site visits will occur requiring sufficient physical dexterity and awareness in and around building site conditions so as to maintain safety and vigilance at all times for self and others

Must enjoy being physically active

Must have great attention to detail

Must be flexible and can handle pressure
