Volkswagen Automatic Transmission (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. (VWATJ) is a whollyowned subsidiary of Volkswagen Group. VWATJ sets the standard for the most modern and innovative automatic transmissions in the world.

After its opening in November 2014, VWATJ started production of the latest generation of highly advanced dualclutch gearboxes (DSG). The dualclutch gearboxes are produced especially for the Chinese market and will be used in several Group models in China in the future.

Position Name: Project Coordinator



Your Responsibility

  • Coordination of project and preparation of overall project plan
  • Development of reporting structure for the projects
  • Preparation and organization of project discussions in alignment with relevant internal interfaces
  • Preparation and follow-up of committee documentation

Your Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or higher in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or a related field of studies
  • Experience in committee work desirable
  • Good understanding of new product development processes
  • Assertiveness, strong conflict-solving and communication skills
  • Fluent German or English
  • Strong MS office proficiency
