Job Requirements
- Support role on architectural and interior architectural projects
- Assist with the coordination of design development and construction documents
- Coordination with the other in-studio disciplines: - Interior design
- Coordination with consultants, contractors and other disciplines
- Participate in project related meetings and discussions
- Superior graphics skills required
- Problem solving skills required
- Excellent communication and analytical ability
- Proficient in English (reading, writing and communicating)
- Enthusiasm for design and a creative and positive attitude
- Ability to collaborate and be a part of a team
- Detail oriented
- Lighting design
- Visualization
- 2-3 years relevant professional experience
- Proficiency in:
- Revit
- AutoCAD
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Working knowledge of IBC and Macau building codes
- Working with integrated resorts, gaming and hospitality projects
- Facilitate with Imperial and Metric dimensioning
- Knowledge of Bluebeam
