Your responsibility


  • Project execution
  • Total project management from quotation to delivery, invoicing and payment collection.
  • Keep close coordination with customer to facilitate customer order on time delivery.
  • Keep close coordination with internal departments (External sales, Production, Purchasing, Logistic etc…) to facilitate customer order on time delivery.
  • Handle customer complaints favorably, makes recommendation and plans on how to resolve identified customer service issues.
  • Other tasks assigned by the supervisor



Your Profile


  • College degree or above
  • Major in English / E-commerce / Trade Business
  • 2 years of relevant working experience
