Job Description

• Handle customer's enquiries and complaints with proper manner
• Develop and maintain good business relationship with clients
• Handle customer's requests and coordinate with internal and external parties for smooth operations
• Attend occasional face-to-face meetings with customers
• Provide B2B customer services and after-sales support

The Successful Applicant

• Good command in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Previous B2B customer service experience preferred
• Passionate in art industry
• Independent individual and able to work under tight deadlines
• Immediately available will be a definite advantage
