Job Description
Responsibilities
- Inspect site works occasionally to take photo records, check defects and monitor workmanship;
- Contact and communicate with different parties such as site foreman, client’s representative, traffic consultant and government departments;
- Attend tender meeting
- Traffic Management Liaison Group Meeting and prepare Temporary Traffic Arrangements;
- Any ad hoc duties assigned by supervisors.
Requirements
- Certificate/ Diploma or above in Civil Engineering/ Quantity Surveying/ Construction Studies or any relevant disciplines;
- Minimum 2 years relevant working experience preferred;
- High proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Auto CAD and MS Office preferred;
- Familiar with XPMS and COP of highway would be advantage;
- Willing to learn and pay high attention to details;
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Coordinator.
