Job Description :

1. Progress monitoring and workmanship checking and site supervisor
2. Supervision of site work
3. Prepare proposals for improvements in time and cost control
4. Liaise with relevant external and internal parties in respect of materials, construction sequences, drawing, methods and interfaces to ensure smooth running of the project
5. Attend client design meetings and assist with determination of project requirements
6. Review / monitor design drawings, shop drawings, method statement and material submission to meet the contractual requirements and achieve timely completion of the project within budget
7. Assist in formulating construction plan and programme methods
8. Ensure all assigned responsibilities relating to quality are carried out in accordance with the company quality procedures
9. Have knowledge of façade lighting installation, create, maintain.
10. Frequent travel to RPC is required

Requirements :

1. Higher Diploma or above in Electrical Engineering, Lighting Technology and System Design Elective Modules
2. 3 years relevant experience
3. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, English & Chinese Word Processing, AutoCAD
4. Leadership skill, Self-motivated and able to work independently
5. Good commercial and contractual acumen
6. Good command of spoken and written English & Cantonese
