Job Description
  • Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Interior Design, Project Management, Construction Management, or relevant disciplines.
  • Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience, particularly in MID TO HIGH-END RETAIL PROJECTS.
  • Strong in project administration, documentation, understanding of construction drawings, technical design detailing, and have a reasonably good design sense. 
  • Coordination and preparation for tender, drawing, submission, site coordination, material procurement. 
  • Coordination with clients, landlords, consultants, contractors and suppliers required.
  • Must have strong communication organization, time management, inter-personal skills, and be able to multi-task and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Email, MS Project, AutoCAD, Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
  • Must be willing to travel.
  • Candidates with less experience will be consider as Project Coordinator.
