Job Purpose: Assist the Project Manager to plan, execute, monitor, control and close Property Operations projects and coordinate with relevant users and contractors on project development.

Competencies and Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ project management experience in the construction / refurbishment industry
Education: Diploma in Engineering / Construction or above
Language Ability: Good English and Cantonese
Computer Skills: Expert in MS applications (Visio, Project, Office)
