Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the coordination of design and site work
• Coordinate with consultants and in-house engineers / architect for the development of method statements, technical schemes
• Coordinate and prepare submissions for approval, progress reports, material selection and ITP documents together with the respective project departments
• Plan the works to ensure they are compatible with the program requirements of domestic, nominated, designated and interfacing contractors
• Attend regular site meetings and communicate with the main-contractor
• Coordinate and monitor design, manufacture, installation and commissioning of works are carried out in accordance with drawings and specifications and including inspection for correct positions, lines and levels are within allowable tolerance

Requirements:

• Degree / Higher Diploma in Building Engineering
• 6 years or above postgraduate experience on design and / or on-site construction work, including at least 3 years on-site planning, coordinating and reporting experience
• Familiar with statutory submission procedures at various construction stages
• Hands-on skills in large-scale residential / commercial ABWF / finishing / Fitting Out projects
• Being proficient in the project planning, computer application (MS Project, Primavaera P6 / P7.2) will be highly advantageous
• Able to work independently and work together with other team members
