Job Description
  • Holder of Higher Diploma or above in Building Studies or related discipline.
  • Minimum 8 years experience with Building Contractor and at least 5 years in the field of building project coordination work.
  • Proactive and able to work independently.
  • Strong competencies in PC applications. (e.g., Excel, Word, Project, AutoCAD)
  • Good written communications in English, speaking in Cantonese and basic Putonghua.
  • Station in Shanghai is required.
