Job Description
Can you provide high-quality administrative support to ensure the excellent performance of our team?

Join us and become a Project Coordinator in Project Support at our office in Taipei, where you’ll be a focal point for a large group of colleagues in our matrix set-up. As the go-to person on administrative tools and processes, you’ll play an important role when it comes to maintaining a great working environment for the team.

Your key tasks will be to
  • ensure updates of important documents with tight deadlines
  • prepare documents and reports for internal and external use
  • coordinate and plan internal meetings and events
  • maintain and develop the internal DECA SharePoint site.

Your role will be both broad and varied and it’s therefore important that you have the ability to prioritize your tasks and structure your workday accordingly. You must be professional and enjoy working with many different personalities and cultures.

Your competences include that you
  • enjoy the supportive role, are outgoing, and take initiative to add value to your own and your colleagues’ deliverables
  • have a service-minded, proactive, and positive approach to your work
  • have experience working with projects in a matrix organization
  • speak and write English fluently
  • thrive in an international environment and are able to create good relationships with your stakeholders.
