As the Project/Data Analyst, You will be responsible for but not limited to:

• Creating, managing and running SQL data queries to determine if certain factory lot attributes are correct.
• You will investigate if any lots have issues processing.
• You will need to work with other stakeholders to make sure that the lots are set up correctly.
• And you will manage all of the systems related to this factory metric and you will project manage systemic solutions that improve effectiveness, quality or efficiency.

 

The candidate should also exhibit the following behavioral traits/skills:

• Possess a quality mindset and systems thinking, collaborating skills and concise communicator
• Desire to learn how the systems interact and learn the details to make informed decisions for development of new products
• Identify an issue, problem solve, and drive meetings to define the root cause and put solutions in place
• Knowledge of assembly manufacturing operations and be energetic about learning any new processes in a fast moving development environment
• Motivated, self-directed, and willing to work effectively both independently and within a team
• Creative and innovative thinking, critical thinking skills with attention to detail

This position is virtual or hybrid during the 16-week returnship program.

Qualifications

You must possess the minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position.

Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications

• Candidates must have been out of the paid workforce for at least one year
• Candidate must have a Bachelor's in a technical or engineering field
• Candidates must have a minimum of 5 Years of professional experience in project management, data analysis, data querying or factory operations.

Preferred Qualifications

• MS SQL queries
