Drive the delivery project from customer order towards delivery to ensure proper execution and risk mitigation within Supply Units to achieve budget and customer satisfaction. Act as a support to other Sales Support function determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions and prepare related experience to support the proposal process. Serve as a key technical coordinator in assigned area. Initiate the project, coordinate with R&D, Order and LBU to ensure the detailed delivery plan and delivery.
Your responsibilities
- Supporting sales engineers during quote phase like providing comment on enquiry specifications for customers, channels/ sales engineers regarding ABB products/systems/applications.
- Ensuring proper transfer of the project in contract review meeting, as well as that all necessary input are given, initiating the project including establishing a project team by asking Line Managers for project team members, holding kick-off meeting, as well as regular following up meetings as appropriate for the project.
- Driving the project for ensuring that the technical specification, delivery procedure, delivery plans, price list, purchase of material are correct and well-coordinated between the stakeholders (customer, LBU, R&D. Operational Planning etc.) locally as well as when applicable globally. Coordinating the delivery and following up eventual deviations from detail delivery plans, as well as driving risk mitigation actions, maintaining and updating the project budget and forecasting monthly and aligning with appropriate stakeholder regionally as well as globally.
- Preparing necessary presentations including Kick-off meeting to communicate scope of delivery and technical specification to all the stakeholders as part of Global Delivery Model, reporting project progress and sending project status report as appropriate.
- Responsible for documenting the project for keeping track and follow up current stage of project. Systematically documenting and archiving important documents to enable easy follow up, audit, lesson learned and future technical support.
- Ensuring that all risks are mitigated and that the effects are minimized, identifying new risks and threats, as well as to communicating this to the project team and other relevant persons in the organization.
- Coordinating throughout the project with both internal and external stakeholder in project meetings, as well as with other means of communication to secure the delivery.

Your background
- Must have a University degree majored in mechanical engineering / robotics / industrial automation or other engineering degrees.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in project management/ sales & marketing / proposal / process position for investment manufacturing equipment or its consumers.
- Must be fluent in Mandarin and English language (oral and writing) is must.
- Technical related working experience is preferred.
- Skills like good interpersonal communication, presentation skill, being proactive, initiative, analytical ability, customer orientated, result driven and must be a good team player.
- Knowledge of world-class supply chain processes and techniques, problem solving and proactive, taking initiative and driving continuous improvements, being capable of networking, influencing strategy across functions, must be self-discipline, self-motivation is desired.
- Desirable to have good computer skills in MS Windows / Office and other application.
- Multi-national / foreign invested company working experience is strongly preferred.
