Assist the Project Delivery Director, Line Project Manager, in day-to-day activities to take off workload and to gain a comprehensive view on the project Prepare for and participate in management meetings to ensure consistent and integrated representation of the project towards all stakeholders Assist in developing, maintaining, and reporting an updated view of the project.\ Build up capacity in managing large international projects (e.g., Site management, project procurement, project reporting) Structure and manage sub-projects within the project (e.g., ad hoc requests from management, resolution of crisis / fire-fighting tasks, replacement during vacation periods) Must have experience and competency in project management processes and be able to manage several tasks working with challenging deadlines Must be able to collate and prepare presentation. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft software is a must. Establish and drive a continuous project improvement process. Your Qualifications and Skills – Digital and Solid! Degree in BS, Engineering. Technical and Engineering experience (minimum 3 years) is a must; international experience is a plus. Proven project management practices with ability to demonstrate project delivery in mindset, including references to achievements and successes and overcoming challenges. Teamwork, collaboration, negotiation, and good interpersonal skills. Full professional proficiency in English and Arabic (both written and oral skills). Willingness to work on site.
