Key requirements

• Degree in Architecture or relevant qualification
• HKIA or RIBA Registered Architect with at least 6+ years of experience in Hong Kong
• Good communication skill in English and Chinese
• Familiar with project management from schematic design to construction coordination

Responsibilities:

• Involvements of all stages from conceptual to construction
• Closely cooperate with both internal and external parties
• Development of design and preparation of construction documents in relation to residential or mixed-use projects
• Supervise vendors and contractors
• Handle all project issues and resolve potential clashes efficiently
