Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the overall design process of architectural projects throughout the PRC
• Provide mentorship and guidance to project team members.
• Provide collaborative design leadership dedicated to high performance building solutions
• Lead external collaboration and communication with clients, local design institutes and consultants
• Develop and visualize with exceptional clarity project story and aesthetic vision
• Consistently strive for design solutions founded on sustainable strategies

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in Architecture Design. Additional experience in interior design and/or landscape design preferred.
• Exceptionally strong conceptual design and schematic design skills
• Previous experience working on large and complex projects in all design phases is required
• Experience in the Commercial and Corporate sectors is preferred
• Previous experience on Healthcare projects desired but not required
• B Arch or M Arch degree
• Architectural professional licensure a plus; LEED AP a plus
• Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment is required
• Comprehensive understanding of a project design process and communication
