Responsibilities:

• Handle design drawings, design documentation and presentation work including concept design and development, construction drawing, materials sourcing and selection.
• Coordinate with project teams for completion of design work or to covert client's design concept / drawing into shop drawing / detailed drawing to sub-contractors for production.
• Carry out site visit to ensure timely delivery and compliance with relevant Statutory Requirements/Design Standards.
• To undertake any other duties as assigned from supervisor.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Design or Building Construction.
• 2 years of experience or above in relevant field.
• Excellent knowledge in AutoCAD.
• Good knowledge in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CoralDraw, PowerPoint or others MS Office applications is an an advantage.
• Fluent in both spoken and written Chinese, and Good in both spoken and written English.
• Experience in construction project is an advantage.
• Fresh graduate is welcome.
