Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in the overall design process of architectural projects throughout the PRC
• Open attitude to receive mentorship and guidance from senior project leaders
• Engage in a collaborative design process dedicated to high performance building solutions
• When required, participate in external collaboration and communication with clients, local design institutes and consultants
• Develop and visualize project stories and aesthetic visions
• Consistently strive for design solutions founded on sustainable strategies

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in architecture design. Additional experience in interior design and/or landscape design a plus
• Exceptionally strong conceptual design and schematic design skills
• Previous experience working on large and complex projects
• Experience in the commercial, corporate and healthcare sectors is preferred
• B Arch or M Arch degree required
• Strong skills in 3Dmax, Rhino, Grasshopper, Adobe Suite and REVIT will be given preference
• LEED AP desired
• Strong bi-lingual Mandarin/English verbal fluency is preferred. Fluent English skills are required to provide long term success in a geographically diverse studio environment.
• Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment is required
