Essential Missions:

• Manage a highly capable team of Project Leaders and leading them to a zone of maximization
• Involve yourself in the leadership of a team who is located in multiple countries in order to best serve our global customer base
• Providing strategy on digital projects to build a market leading company
• Drive improvements in the delivery of projects
• Ensure the delivery of profitable services engagements with high customer satisfaction ratings to meet revenue and margin goals
• Involved in the service scope and pricing discussions with customers and provides products and industry insight and leadership that result in a proposal of optimal solutions for our clients.
• Drive continuous improvement into the project delivery methodology with a goal of maximizing the efficiency on Projects' Integration - Scope - Time - Cost - Quality/Efficiency - Resources - Communication and Risk Management
• Develops positive relationships with other departments to ensure support needed for the successful delivery of projects
• Partner with Technical Development team to ensure timely delivery of projects
• Continuously increases client's satisfaction through ensuring the quality work and effective communication by all team members
• Support the COO by providing an executive dashboard detailing project progress and metrics
• Provide training, coaching and mentoring to create activity reports and proactively monitors performance
• Help increase employee retention

Who we are looking for:

• Minimum of 5-10 years of project management experience in the digital industry, plus 3 years of team management experience at the same level
• Project Management Certification ie PMI, PMP or Scrum Master Certificate
• Experience in managing and communicating at senior and executive levels
• Experience in managing large scale projects in one or more of the following solutions: E-commerce platform; Web development; Systems Integration; CRM software;
• Fluent in Chinese or English (verbal and written)
• Ability to engage and partner with the customer and internal staff as required
• Ability to work in a multicultural team with different time zones
• Ability to identify problems and work to resolution as required
• Strong positivity and dynamism
• Strong leadership and influencer
