The Job

• Client: A Property Developer
• Position: Project Director
• Responsibilities:
  • Reporting directly to top management and leading the project team.
  • Handle multiple projects from conceptual stage to completion
  • Manage and coordinate with external parties on design, construction, contract administration to ensure timely execution of projects and within budget.
• $2.5Mil basic p.a. plus housing/allowance, bonus, flight tickets

Requirements

• Degree holder in Architecture
• Professional qualification; HKIA, RIBA or equivalent
• 25 years experience in architectural design and project management of which latest 10-15 years should be gained with property developers
• Relevant experience in mixed developments in China highly preferred
• Excellent leadership skills
• Excellent command of Chinese and English
• Willing to station in S.E. Asia.
