This dynamic Property Group with a growing portfolio in China are now looking for a driven Project Director with a keen eye for detail to lead their latest landmark development in Southern China.

Reporting to the Chairman and board of Directors You will monitor every step of the development from design to execution. You will inspire and coordinate with colleagues to ensure both operational and functional project goals are fulfilled to the highest standard. As you take the initiative on leading project activities it will be imperative to demonstrate your extensive knowledge on technical aspects, quality control, financial and project planning to mitigate risk and provide support in all aspects of the development.

To be qualified for this role you will need to be degree qualified in Architectural
Civil & structural or M&E background. You will possess a minimum 15 years of experience demonstrating the ability to lead and take ownership of large scale mixed use development while working with a reputable developer.
