Job overview
Responsible for managing all project managers, with a bias towards structural design talent. Leading a project throughout the development process - from start to production, while keeping timeline and budget. Managing all communication with the client, foreseeing risks and take action to minimize them. Leading of the project team, prioritize, plan and coordinate project development activities and resources required for the success of the project.
Minimum Job Qualifications
Academic Background Bachelor or above
Major in mechanical engineering or industrial design
Related Experience
1.Proved experience in project leadership
2.Understanding of manufacturing and development processes
2.Excellent people skills, able to work with all levels and motivate for action
4.Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines
5.Organized and able to comply with work chart and complex tasks management
Knowledge & skill
1 .Good operating in Solidworks and CAD, not PROE.
2 .Good operating in office , word, excel, PPT etc.
3. Good communication、coordination and implementing skill
4. Good team management skills
English skill
Fluent spoken and written English
Specific Job Responsibilities
1. Manage the relationship and communication with the client
2. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time and within budget
3. Review of project design and engineering, leading the required activities to optimize them.
4. Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility
5. Project team leading – Ensure resource availability and allocation of tasks and resources
6.Report and escalate to management as needed
7.Perform risk management to minimize project risks
8.Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
9. Other temporary tasks assigned by superiors.
