• BA or above in civil engineering or structure-related majors;

• At least 15 years of experience on industrial construction project engineering and delivery;

• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese;

• Strong organizational and project management skills to lead a team;

• Knowledge and application of construction estimating, cost, project controls/scheduling, documentation, engineering/construction principles, techniques, material, application and practices are required;

• Project management with background of design will be a plus;

• Hands on and detail oriented;

• Passionate and active team player;

• 中英文口语及书面流利；

• 较强的组织和项目管理能力，能够领导团队；

• 有设计背景的项目管理人员优先；
