One of the leading property developers is looking for a project director for their upcoming mix-used development project in Mainland China. The ideal candidate should come from strong architecture background with over 15 years of experience.

Our client is a leading property developer with multiple types of property projects across the region.

Description

• Responsible for feasibility study, planning, co-ordination, supervision and execution of the development projects
• Manage full project development cycle from early stage, master planning, design and construction as planned
• Advise on possible need for change of approved design and direct consultants to issue variation instructions according to agreed design solutions
• Work with the Engineering Team to prepare the project budget and cost plans
• Drive for effective teamwork amongst the project consultants and contractors particularly in resolving problems and conflicts to ensure timely and orderly completion of project works
• Work with Design, E&M and QA team to supervise performance of site team through regular meetings, on-site inspections etc. to review progress and standard of workmanship

Profile

• Registered Architect with degree in Architectural Studies or related disciplines
• Strong architecture background with at least 15 years' working experience in architecture firms & property developers
• Experienced in end-to-end project delivery of large-scaled new-built development projects in Mainland China.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
