The Job

• Client: An Engineering Consultant in Asset Management and Construction Management
• Position: Project Director
• Projects: Mixed-use developments; Resort & Villa development, Retail, Commercial & Hotel fit-out, etc.
• Responsibilities: Reporting to the Executive Director and lead the project teams in HK & China. Manage the complete project cycle from design to construction to ensure project execution within budget and time constraints.
• $120K-180K. 5-day, medical, incentive.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Architect / Surveying / Engineering discipline
• Professional qualification; HKIA, HKIS, HKIE or equivalent
• Min. 15 years experience for building construction projects.
• Strong technical experience in managing the complete project cycle
• Familiar with both HK and China construction practice.
• Excellent people management and leadership skills
• Occasional travel
