- Manage the interior projects from concept, design drawings through construction and handover;
- Oversee accurate and timely project schedule, documentation and deliverables;   
- Ensure deliverables of drawings and on site execution are up to standard, schedule and budget;
- Communicate closely contractual and technical matters with clients, contractors and suppliers;
- Identity business opportunities and contribute to client relationship;
- Minimum 8-12 years’ experience in high end hospitality / retail / Macau / China;
- Organized, detailed-oriented and responsive;
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal and presentation skills.
