We are searching for Project Directors and Senior Project Managers to work in-house on the client side in Singapore. Experience manager large scale complex build projects in Asia is essential. The successful candidates will have the opportunity to work on some of Asia’s most iconic new build projects.

Responsibilities:

• Co-ordinate on production of concept, schematic and detailed designs, tender/construction documents, and to manage the procurement and construction process
• Overall responsibility and ownership for project design, planning and execution including consultants’ performance
• Liaison with other divisions, consultants, internal architectural and design teams, government departments, utility companies, etc.
• Assist in all aspects of project management system from strategy formulation, development, project cost control, programme, and procurement to delivery

Requirements

• Possession of a bachelor’s degree or above in Architecture, Building, Engineering, Interior Design, Surveying or related discipline. Higher qualification in construction project management, facility management or business management is preferred
• Experience in managing projects from inception to completion including handover to operations
• Major complex build project experience in Asia
• Experience in procuring and managing consultants, contract administration of large-scale projects, claim and EOT assessment as well as supervision of minor works contracts and term contracts
• Strong relationship building and management skills for internal executives and external consultants, contractors and construction workers
• Candidate experience level will determine which position they are considered for; either Project Director or Senior Project Manager
