Job Description

Job Summary

  • Taking charge of economic analysis, background research, case study, market analysis for various projects.

  • Working as a Project Manager, who is responsible for carrying out projects and directing economists and economic analysts on project positioning, project planning, demand modeling, development capacity, finance analysis and other key work.

  • Assisting Project Director to communicate, coordinate and report projects.

Minimum Requirements

  • Master’s and Doctor’s degrees and above in tourism management, regional economics, human geography, marketing and related.

  • At least 5 years working experience in tourism industry, regional economics, real estate and related, and at least 2 years working experience as project manager.

  • Familiar with China’s tourism planning, urban planning and other regularities.

  • Capability of preparing tourist real estate project plan and tourist real estate master planning, successful previous works preferred.

  • Strong capability of project coordinating, macroeconomic analyzing and projects understanding.

  • Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Power Point, AutoCAD, Photoshop etc.

  • Excellent writing skills, strong communication, coordination and presentation skills.

  • Good writing and oral communication skills both in English and Mandarin.

  • Open-minded, excellent learning ability and good teamwork spirit.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the tourism, infrastructure, industrial or transportation economics is viewed as advantage.
