• Establishing of 2D&3D drawings, BOMs, Assembly instructions, etc…
• Review products drawings, provide suggestions for improvement
• Establish tool concepts
• Review of DFM reports and tool drawings, suggestions for improvements
• Follow up tool manufacturing with suppliers
• Tool trial follow up onsite
• Come up with production solutions
• Follow up on secondary processes, such as electro-plating, painting, etc…
• Follow up of production after tooling phase, trouble shooting

• Excellent technical understanding (Bachelor diploma in Mechanical/ Manufacturing Engineering)
• Good knowledge with tooling in general, especially plastic injection molding
• Knowledge of “Moldflow”-software preferable
• Knowledge of “ProE”-software preferable
• Good knowledge in material properties and selection, and manufacturing processes
• At least 5-10 years of relevant working experience, gained in manufacturing industry
• Motivated and innovative
• Positive teamwork attitude and honesty
• Good and proficient English skills in speaking, writing and reading (at least CET4)
• Good knowledge in computer skills (Word, Excel, Microsoft Project Plan, etc…)
• Excellent communication, coordination and management skills
