Take ownership in project development, responsible for the success of the project from design to production. This requires resolving electromechanical technical problems, collaborating with China and US cross functional team to ensure via good communication on daily basis.

• Identify project risks and make recommendations to shorten time to production and maximize product output and quality.
• Work proactively with the Product Design Engineering team in USA in terms of research and implementation of global sourcing products from Mechanical, Electrical, Electro-Mechanical.
• Work closely and independently with product design group, supplier and sub-contractors in the development of product and process solutions.
• Work with external component suppliers to make prototype, initial samples, and to monitor and evaluate suppliers' process and a production line and know how to optimize it to maximize output per hour and per day until the launch.
• Professional protocol and report writing.
• Resolve production process problems
• Complies with required regulatory agencies, FDA and CFDA
• Other duties as required。

QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent required, with a Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years related engineering experience.
• Minimum 3 years medical device industry experience.
• Superb English and Chinese written and oral communication skills
• Strong problem solving and project management skills
