Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Manage engineering and technical work at the construction site;
• Prepare project quality management plan and rectify quality problems;
• Check on the project site work and participate in the completion acceptance;
• Cooperate with the supervision/monitoring/audit work of relevant departments.

Requirements

• Age 25-40, college degree or above major in architecture engineering, proficient in CAD drawing software;
• More than 3 years of project management experience in large scale real estate or construction industry;
• Solid foundation in profession, familiar with national and local civil engineering requirements, and national registered construction engineer certificate is preferred.
