Project Engineer (Consumer Electronics)

Job Description:

Manage projects of electrical / electronic items from product development stage through to mass production ensuring that products are reliable & meet consistent quality requirements. (both onsite and in the office)

Typical products will be Bluetooth speakers, Powerbanks, Ear-phones and other similar consumer electronic type products.

Job requirements:

• College education, solid professional knowledge, English CET-4 and above;

• Extensive experience in taking electrical & electronic products from product development into mass production

• Working during product development stages to evaluate, debug and identify issues prior to production

• Development of outgoing inspection specifications to guarantee the outing quality of items produced.

• Hands on approach to problem solving and working with suppliers to quickly identify root causes and implementing actions to prevent re-occurrence.

• Good sound knowledge of electronics and familiar with relevant EN electrical standards.

• Ability to understand electronic schematic diagrams, PCB layouts and have experience in debugging, identifying & resolving issues at both component and design level.

• Previous Electronic (Min. 5 years) & project management experience and good internal & external communication skills
