Job Responsibilities:

• Handling the tenders/Quotation and managing our capital expenditure independently
• Conducting and analyzing the technical issue of all the Project under the Capex expenditure.
• Conducting effective and efficient of the new facilities, machines and any assigned projects.
• Planning and supervising the schedule and progress of the Project under the Capex item.
• Handling of the administration documents of Department and Capex control.
• Project management with good cooperation and communication with related department PIC.
• Promoting and carrying out 3S policy in company.
• Submitting Monthly reports to the top management.
• Providing the facility safety accordance with the Labour Department Ordinance
• Improving the facility EMS accordance with the Environment Protection Ordinance and global Standard.
• Planning the training schedule to the staff on environment issue.
• Conducting, maintaining and improving our working environment, health and safety in compliance with our global standards and policies.
• Assistance to arranging and implementing an effective and efficient general maintenance & engineering management

Requirements:

• High Diploma or above in Industrial, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 8 years working experience, in which 5 years in supervision of engineering functions (manufacturing sectors) is preferred.       
• 3 years working experience in project management and budget control is preferred.   
• Having in depth knowledge on HK regulations in safety, environment and health.      
• Familiar with OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001 and PDCA cycle is a great advantage.   
• Credit will be given to candidate for having best knowledge in machine maintenance.
• Proactive, drive to success, good team works, excellent communication and able to work independently under high pressure
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.                                           
• Familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and AutoCAD.
