Job Description

• Planning and scheduling of design works associated with the Scope of works;
• Ensuring the engineering design and decision making is undertaken for a specific part of the project;

• Coordinator the necessary contractor and in-house resources to ensure milestones are achieved;
• Procurement and supply management of project equipment and materials.
• The technical responsibility for the success of the specific part of the project;
• Ensuring that the standard of workmanship is compliant with the specification and that inspections and tests are conducted and records maintained to substantiate conformance.
• Review and update the commissioning techniques used on the project;
• Management of sub-contract resources
• Liaison and supporting the Project Manager and to report design/engineering/physical progress to the scheduled project meetings.
• Taking the necessary actions to ensure conformance with the construction programme.
• Site safety,
• Site environmental control
• The recording of site activities on a daily basis via the “Daily Site Diary”.
• Marking up of as-built drawings to accurately record the work.
• Preparation of a completion report.
