2、确认各事业部项目需求 ，制订各项目时间表，计算投资回报
Confirm each project need of all business groups, Develop project timeline, take analysis of investment pay back
3、确保项目范围,时间进度，成本，质量等关键指标
Secure key deliveries of project scope, time, cost, quality.
4、出色的专案项目管理-指定的专案如美国项目，花园工厂项目等
Excellent special assigned projects management - such as US project, Garden Factory project, etc.
5、组织周/月度项目会议汇报重点项目进展
Organize weekly /monthly Meeting report projects progress
6、汇集信息总结各项目进展，编辑PPT，主持会议并汇报工作。
Collect information and summarize progress of projects，edit PPT，hold the meeting and own the presentation

【Qualification】
1、有相关3年以上的项目管理经验
At least 3 years project management experience
2、有和国外同事共事经验
Experience in working with Chinese colleagues
3、中文能基础交流
Basic communication in Chinese
4、能接受上班时间（13:30-23:00)，须和美国工厂那边的时差合上。
Acceptable working hours (13:30-23:00) due to match time difference of the US factory
