Job Description
一、技术支持 Technical support expertise
1． 优化现有洁净公用系统的工艺流程和运行维护保养流程，提高系统的可靠性
Optimize clean utility system process and operation/PM process, improve system reliability
2． 引进新的技术和工程相关标准的法规符合性评估，确保系统实施的高效以及符合最新的法规和质量要求
Introduce new technology and implement compliance assessment related to engineering, ensure high efficiency and compliance of regulation and quality requirement
3． 为洁净公用系统和相关支持系统提供技术支持和质量相关异常事件的技术支持
Provide technical support to clean utility system and related supportive system, and quality case
4． 从洁净设施方面支持工厂无菌保障水平提高以及法规符合性
Support site sterility assurance level enhancement and regulation compliance level from clean utility perspective
5． 为生产和工程团队其他人员提供技术培训和能力提升
Provide training to production team and engineering team for their technical competency elevation
二、 项目管理 Project management
1. 管理和跟踪工厂所有工程部相关项目（包含固定资产项目，技术改造和GMI相关项目等）的进度，确保符合时间、财务和质量的要求
Manage engineering related projects schedule, including CAPEX project, innovation and GMI related projects, ensure high compliance level of schedule, finance and quality perspectives.
2. 所有项目相关文档的归档及文件资料整理，归档，及项目交接
Ensure project related documents archive and smooth hand-over
3. 制定日常改造项目交付的标准建立和执行，发挥良好的项目管理方法推广项目实施，如FPX的方法
Establish high standard for routine improvement and execution, leverage best management methodology across site, such as FPX methodology.
三、维护、维修和保养 Troubleshooting, repair and maintenance
1. 参与厂房设施、公用系统和生产设备的维护、维修和保养
Participate troubleshooting, repair and maintenance
2. 为公用系统和生产设备稳定运行和改进提供技术支持
Provide technical support to clean utility system and process equipment to ensure stable operation
四、法规合规和管理 Regulation compliance and management
1. 确保项目和改进符合质量相关法规的要求
Ensure meet of quality and compliance requirement during project and improvement
2. 遵循EHS&S规范，ISO及法律法规要求，确保项目符合EHS&S要求
Comply to EHS&S regulation, ISO and other regulation requirement, meet EHS&S requirement
3. 确保项目生命周期中始终符合cGMP，ISO等其它质量和合规体系的法规规范要求。
Ensure the compliance of cGMP regulation, ISO and other quality& compliance regulation requirement during project lifecycle.
五、其他职责 Others
1. 承担EHS&S的相应职责，如IOSS负责人，安全代表等，支持EHS&S文化推广和实践
Take ownership of EHS&S relevant role, such as IOSS owner, safety representative etc. and drive EHS&S culture and practice
2. 完成其他主管安排的任务

Qualifications
- 本科或本科以上学历，制药，化工或工程相关专业，3年以上制药行业或医疗器械行业工作经验Education of bachelor degree or above, related work experiences of in pharmaceutical, chemical, engineering or related discipline, 3 years minimum experiences in pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
- 丰富的制药行业或医疗器械行业洁净公用系统项目管理经验和相应财务知识Rich experience of project management and finance basic understanding in pharmaceutical and medical device industry
- 有工厂洁净公用系统工作运行管理经验和问题解决能力Experiences of clean utility system operation and management, and problem solving skill.
- 良好的质量体系参与经验和制药行业公用系统和生产设备GMP法规规范的实践经验Excellent sense and experience of quality management system engagement and practice of GMP regulations related to pharmaceutical utilities, equipment
- 良好的计算机应用技能，如MS办公软件，AUTO CAD等Good computer skill, in Microsoft offices, AutoCAD.
- 熟练的英语沟通读写Good at written English and speaking English
