Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate the project engineering during NPD & NPI stages with continuous process improvement to ensure development completion and production efficiency.

2. Provide Engineering samples production hands-on solutions.

3. Conduct experiments to detect and solve process issues/difficulties.

4. Conduct process verification and qualification.

5. Review and maintain production data from customers throughout NPD and NPI phases.

6. Prepare/collect/optimize all NPD and NPI documentation and deliverables (BOM, WI, Experiments, Flow Chart.)

7. Organize/coordinate resource, record all lessons learned and publish meeting minutes and latest statuses in order to achieve project targets within schedule/budget and defined quality.

8. Implement ECN/ECO, risk management and validation processes whenever there is changes internally or externally

9. Communicate with customer about production processes issues.

10. Monitor yield and efficiency to drive continuous improvement at NPD& NPI phases.

11. Provide training to production operators or other functional engineers if required.

12. Organize supporting engineering resources for Quotations.

13. All other duties as assigned within NPD& NPI project phases.

14. Deal with other assignments assigned by superior.

Qualification:

1. College degree or above, major in mechanical, electronic or equivalent.

2. 3 years or above project engineering working experience.

3. Good communication skills.

4. Technical and engineering background.

5. Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
