Job Description

-       Prepare project documents, such as BS design drawing, document submission,                                     project progress report, testing & commissioning report.

-       Preform software programming of the Building Management System and Automation          Control System.

-       To carry out the testing and commissioning work on site.

-       To co-ordination with customer, suppliers, sub-contractors. 

Project Engineer / Assistant Engineer

 Requirement 

-      Degree, High Diploma in Electrical, Building Service,  Mechanical or related Engineering         

-      Good communication and project co-ordination

-      Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

-      Experience in computer systems, such as Microsoft Window & Office and computer system networking

-      Fresh graduated will also be consideration 

-      Less experience will be considered as Assistant Engineer 

 Maintenance Service Engineer / Service Technician 

-       Preferably in Diploma of Electrical, Building Service and Mechanical Engineering

-       Minimum 1 year experience in CCMS maintenance services

-       Good negotiation and co-ordination with customers

-       Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

-       Experience in computer system such as Microsoft windows /office computer system networking  

-       Less than 1 year experience will be considered as service technician
