Responsibilities:
1. Work with our clients within the process industries to analyse failure/maintenance historical data and thus develop appropriate reliability, availability and maintainability (ram) models;
2. Develop appropriate asset management strategies for our clients’ existing facilities;
3. Integrate optimised ram management routines into the design of new facilities commissioned by our clients;
4. Working in conjunction with our software development team, support the company’s in-house reliability software development programme;
5. Visit clients and provide technical assistance in support of our sales team.

Requirements:
1. Degree in chemical, mechanical or industrial engineering;
2. Proven track record and experience of reliability engineering and failure analysis within design, development, and/or manufacturing fields;
3. Experience of applying statistical analysis tools for reliability product improvement;
4. Ability to work in a team and to communicate well;
5. The successful candidate must be willing and flexible enough to occasionally travel in support of our business activities;
6. Fluent speaking English and skilled in speaking with foreigner smoothly;
7. Excellent English reading and writing skills;
8. Passed IELTS or TOEFL test and please specify your score in application.
