This is a fixed-term contract position of minimum 2 years with possibility for renewal subject to organization need and individual performance.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing engineering solutions, design and implementation of the projects in the E&M works
• Identify design and construction issues and liaise with relevant parties to provide effective engineering solutions
• Conduct site administration works including site supervision, review of proposals from contractors to ensure compliance with sound engineering principles and required quality and safety standards
• Assist the Manager, E&M to control and monitor progress and project budget

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Electrical & Mechanical / Building Services Engineering or related disciplines with at least 6 years' relevant working experience of which a minimum of 3 years in project management of Building Services / Electrical & Mechanical Engineering works of major building and infrastructure projects
• Professional qualification in Electrical/Mechanical disciplines gained from recognized professional bodies is required
• Solid experience in management of Building Services / Electrical & Mechanical Engineering design and construction works
• Experience in site supervision of airport works or large scale civil facilities' improvement project is an advantage
• Proactive mindset with strong communication, analytical and negotiation skills
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and project management software tools
• Holder of a valid HK driving license (Class 1, 2) is preferred
