1. An acceptable University Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent with at least 4 years post-qualification experience in which 2 years in slope works and shall be conversant with the requirement of Chapter 3 of Geoguide 5.
2. Shall be responsible for the satisfactory carrying out of the RMI and the maintenance of the slopes
