Manage the daily operations of the Project Engineering Team in CPS Sales & Service Support Organization, and to ensure that the department goals are met. Deliver high-quality projects on time and develop, drive and coach the Project Engineering Team. Job Responsibilities Lead and motivate the CPS Project Engineering Team to provide comprehensive project support services to Country Sales Offices across the EMEA region Mentor, train and develop new and existing team members, and develop the team tools and processes by principles of continuous improvement Prioritize and assign tasks to team members, make decisions quickly, sometimes with limited information Manage CPS Data Center and Special Systems projects at HPO factory and coordinate activities with Country Sales Offices Schedule FATs and manage testing area resources together with EMEA 3-Phase Engineering and manager of test bays Coordinate various customer events/visits (including Power Tours and factory visits together with other CPS and factory teams) Support other CPS teams in project engineering related matters and ensure efficient alignment with other stakeholders to drive the business effectively Handle stress and customers tight deadlines professionally in a fast-paced environment Set, forecast, and report team targets and key indicators. Qualifications Preferred education level: Min. B.Sc. or equivalent. Years and area of experience required: Min. 3 years’ experience in project engineering or team management. Technical knowledge: Proven knowledge of project engineering and team management, English and Finnish language is essential, Experience about UPS systems and continuous improvement is a benefit.
